How To Be You

Where are you today?

Where is your attention?

Where have you placed your focus?

Are your thoughts projected somewhere out there, on someone or something you can't control

even though you are reaaaaaalllly reaaaalllllly trying to believe in the illusion that you can?

Have you stopped recently in the middle of all the busy-ness that fills your days 

And asked yourself

REALLY asked yourself from the truthful heart space within:

What matters to me?

Where are my thoughts?

Am I in the past or the future?

What about the NOW?

Have I smiled today?

Have I shared kindness today?

Have I believed in GOOD today?

Have I acted consciously .... and not reacted unconsciously or subconsciously?

Have I loved myself today?

If you stop
and ask yourself any of those questions

you will find some gorgeous, glorious truthful treasures

that will make your day 

PERFECT.  HAPPY.  MIRACULOUS.

And overflowing with the gushing river of the purest potential and soulful expression

that can ONLY come from YOU.

All of this is so true...It is hard to forget what is important, to slow down, and refocus. I'm trying to do just this in my life lately! Beautiful post, Erin. :)
