I AM ...

these days it's all about just being.

just hanging out in the moment,

not future forecasting or dwelling on the past.

just being the I am that I am.

I find pure joy in the moment

in the I am

in the beingness of Now.

My life is beautiful

I am beautiful

and gratitude lays like a goop of frosting 

over everything that I am.

All I need is here now

because

I AM all that I could ever need.

Now is the only sure thing.

I am the everything that is everywhere

and I am the You that is Me.
